Two year Anniversary!

We just got back from Palm Springs for our two year anniversary and it was so much fun! We played mini-golf, layed by the pool a ton and swam, Went to fun dinners, Eric played golf and I got a massage. It was a relaxing and very nice weekend getaway!

I feel so blessed to have had two wonderful years with the love of my life and I'm so excited to start on year 3 as a married couple! : )

So Eric and I are still living in Huntington Beach and are loving living so close to the beach!

Last month Eric got transfered to a new work site in Long Beach, he is working on a Veterans Hospital. His commute is now only about 15-20 mins! Yay! His old site (The middle school) is finished and looks amazing!! school will start there next month!

I'm still working at the salon and learning lots : )

These last few weeks we've been busy going up north visiting friends, family and going to weddings. and were flying to Michigan the 1st of Sept. for Eric's cousins wedding. We're pretty excited to see everyone and to explore Michigan!

Also, our 2 year anniversary is this sunday! I can't believe it's already been two years!! I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful marriage and an amazing husband! We're going to palm springs for the weekend to celebrate! : )

Well it's starting to look like fall here in Huntington Beach. It's my favorite season so I am pretty excited about it!

Eric is still busy at work, the Jr. high is supposed to been finished in April so it's starting to come down to the end. We aren't sure what project he will be on next, yet.

I am still working at the salon and learning a lot! I love being a hair stylist. another recent endeavour that I did a few weeks ago was auditioning at Disneyland to be a "face character".(a disney princess). There were over a 1,000 people there and I made it to the end which was so exciting! They decided to have me audition for Ariel from "The Little Mermaid". So I am on file with them until if and when they need another Ariel. It was a great experience! : )

Other than that we have been having a lot of beach days and just enjoying being married and living where we do!

Married for a year!!

This year went by so fast!! Eric and I have now been married for a year!

I absolutely love being married! Being able to live life with your best friend/love all the time is so fun! : )

for our anniversary we went to the long beach aquarium and had lunch on the marina. That evening we went to a nice dinner in Laguna. It was very nice.

we went on our anniversary trip this last weekend to La Jolla. It was so beautiful! we rode our bikes and did a lot of exploring. It was a great weekend get-away.

well, we're on to year two : )

Eric and I are currently living in a sea of boxes... We're fortunate that we haven't yet accumulated too much stuff, Everything we own still fits nicely into the living room : )
We're moving this Saturday (the 13th) From La Habra to Huntington Beach! Eric's friend Matt is driving down to help us move which is much appreciated!!
We are so excited to move for a few reasons; we're only going to be 2 miles away from the beach!! which means we'll be riding our bikes a lot more frequently, get fresh ocean breeze at our apartment, and erics happy about having fishing available whenever he wants. I work in Newport beach So I will no longer have the chaotic traffic filled hour drive to work, it will be replaced by a serene ten mile drive next to the ocean.... : ) We already love going to huntington for fun, its such a cute beach town. It feels much more small towny than anywhere els in the "LA" area. And, our church is in Huntington.
We've enjoyed our current home but are ready for this transition. : )

A lot has been going on lately! Two weeks ago four of my best friends came to visit and stayed with us! It was so fun having them here and getting to spend almost a whole week with them! I am so blessed with wonderful friends! Eric held up through the week having five girls in his house!! haha

My mom and Mike were down here visiting last week and it was so fun getting to show them our world down here in socal and getting to spend good quality time with them! I loved it!

Eric is still working on building the Jr. High school and he is really enjoying his job! He really likes getting to see something go up from start to finish! And I just started a new job two weeks ago!! I'm working as a stylist assistant in a really nice salon in Newport beach. It's great experience for me! I'm enjoying it a lot so far.

Eric and I have been spending a lot of time in the beach towns (Huntington, newport, seal beach, etc.) Since our church is in Huntington and I'm now working in Newport. So when our lease is up this summer we are moving to Huntington beach!! We are pretty excited about!
